YWCA Metro St. Louis Welcomes Adriana Stable as Chief Operations Officer

Tuesday, October 1, 2024 /St. Louis, Missouri – YWCA Metro St. Louis is pleased to announce the addition of Adriana Stable in the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO). Stable, a seasoned leader with an extensive background in education and community engagement, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for driving organizational success.

Stable brings a proven track record of operational leadership from her tenure at KIPP Saint Louis Public Schools, where she served as Regional Director of Operations, optimizing processes across multiple school sites. As Assistant Principal of Operations at KIPP Colorado Public Schools, she managed day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and supporting the educational mission. Additionally, her role as Director of Site Operations at College Track focused on initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and supporting student success.

Stable’s operational expertise is matched by her deep-rooted commitment to fostering growth within diverse teams and communities. Her personal journey has shaped her dedication to creating pathways for success in under-resourced areas. “I am deeply committed to driving excellence within diverse teams and communities. My upbringing, shaped by the strength and support of my community, fuels my dedication to this work,” Stable shared. “Growing up below the poverty line, it was the people, the advocates, and the champions around me that helped me become who I am today. This is why I have dedicated my life to serving in education and community organizations. My passion lies in optimizing organizational performance and building strong networks that foster growth, innovation, and long-term success, allowing organizations to support people.”

Stable is actively involved in community engagement, mentoring youth, and supporting local nonprofits, including service through Alpha Sigma Nu honor society and the Salvation Army. She and her husband are committed to building tiny libraries in under-resourced communities, further demonstrating her dedication to education and community empowerment.

Recognized for her leadership, Stable was nominated for the 2024 Emerging Leader Award by the Hispanic Chamber Commerce of Metro St. Louis and received the KIPP St. Louis MVP Award in 2023.
