Working parents often face barriers to finding and affording high-quality childcare. Many companies and organizations recognize they have a role to play in supporting working parents with their childcare needs. Hundreds of employers sought solutions to support working parents during the pandemic. Are those family friendly strategies still in place? Listen to panelists discuss how they support their employees, and their families since the pandemic and the challenges they face as they seek to support working parents.
