Join us for an inspiring installment of the YWCA Metro St. Louis Racial Justice Speaker Series featuring Minda Harts. Minda, a celebrated author and influential speaker, is renowned for her bestsellers “The Memo,” “Right Within,” and “You Are More Than Magic.” Her work champions the advancement of women of color, self-advocacy, and the restoration of trust in professional environments.

As a respected voice at major conferences like Nike, Google, and Disney, and an NYU assistant professor, Minda has empowered countless professionals. Recognized as LinkedIn’s #1 Top Voice for Equity in the Workplace and one of Business Insider’s top 100 People Transforming Business, Minda’s insights are shaping the future of work.

In this talk, Minda will delve into her best selling book, “The Memo,” which is now becoming a film starring award-winning actress Kyla Pratt. She will address the systemic barriers women of color face in securing leadership roles. With only 1 in 16 women of color representing the C-suite, compared to 1 in 4 women overall, Minda will share crucial strategies for overcoming these odds and securing a seat at the table.
